We first met Dan and his crew on a Kitchen renovation project in 2012 through Kent. He was great at keeping us posted on the project even with the many issues with Kent. When we decided to get our basement renovated for 2017 he was number one on our list to contact. Our 40 year old house had not had a renovation to the basement. It went from the dark panelling, cave like place to a place we can now fully enjoy. The main team were Tony & Cory and other professionals as needed. Dan was there every step of the way for the 39 day renovation with several snow storms. Only one missed day from the snow and one day for training. We really appreciated the professionalism of the crew and their commitment to being on time even in the bad weather. The various plumbers, electricians were scheduled to come as needed so they were not tripping over themselves. Dan makes sure his team has all the appropriate health and safety training which is important. We would highly recommend Monk Renovations for your renovation needs.
