My best experience was having Billy call me out to look at some trim that he had built to the designer’s specifications. His gut told him that I was not going to like the look of it, and he was right. He made some changes and I was much happier with the finished product. I was really impressed that he would do this, especially as it was right at the very end of my project and I knew there was some pressure to move on to the next job. It is rare to find that kind of dedication to your work these days, and I was very thankful to have someone like him on my project.

The team at MONK renovations were very easy to work with. Dan answers emails promptly and the entire team was great. I definitely felt that me being happy with the finished project was their utmost concern.
